After your order, our customer service manager will confirm you the order via phone call. while phone confirmation, we confirm regarding the approximate delivery date. The delivery time may vary from 3-15 days, depending upon the product. The Ready stock products normally takes 3-5 days to deliver within Dhaka and 6-7 days outside Dhaka. If we can not deliver any product, we will take necessary steps to refund any advance payment to our valued customer. Incase of bank refund, it make take from 7 days to 15days, depending upon individual bank processing conditions.
