The sculpture work was started at the end of 1973 based on the design of sculptor Syed Abdullah Khalid.

Shipping Policy

After your order, our customer service manager will confirm you the order via phone call. while phone confirmation, we confirm regarding the approximate delivery date. The delivery time may vary from 3-15 days, depending upon the product. The Ready stock products normally takes 3-5 days to deliver within Dhaka and 6-7 days outside Dhaka. While the customized and made to order products take 5-15 days depending on the product type.

Refund Policy

If we can not deliver any product, we will take necessary steps to refund any advance payment to our valued customer. Our Customer Service Department will coordinate the issue and arrange the refund within 3-5 days incase of cash/MFS services. Incase of bank refund, it make take from 7 days to 15days, depending upon individual bank processing conditions. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

After the order is placed and confirmed by our Customer Service Department we do not allow any cancellation of the order.

We ask our Valued Customers to check the Products while Delivery. We ask to check whether it is delivered:

  1. Correct product 
  2. In Good Condition

If there is any issue found while delivery, we ask our Valued Customers to return it back to the Delivery Agent and inform us the issue. We will take necessary steps to exchange/rectify the product and deliver again. 

After the Delivery is done, we do not accept any return or exchange unless there is any warranty with the product.
