The delivery time may vary from 3-15 days, depending upon the product. The Ready stock products normally takes 3-5 days to deliver within Dhaka and 6-7 days outside Dhaka. While the customized and made to order products take 5-15 days depending on the product type.
If we can not deliver any product, we will take necessary steps to refund any advance payment to our valued customer. Our Customer Service Department will coordinate the issue and arrange the refund within 3-5 days incase of cash/MFS services. Incase of bank refund, it make take from 7 days to 15days, depending upon individual bank processing conditions.
After the order is placed and confirmed by our Customer Service Department we do not allow any cancellation of the order.
