Assistant Manager/Specialist/Senior Executive/Executive

Role Overview:

A role specializing in partnership and new vendor acquisition for BeshiDeshi, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of suppliers and partners. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard new vendors, establish strategic partnerships, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Acquisition:
    • Proactively identify and recruit new vendors and suppliers to expand our product catalog and meet customer demand.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors, evaluate their offerings, and negotiate terms and agreements.
  2. Partnership Development:
    • Collaborate with potential partners, including manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and brands, to explore opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.
    • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that align with our business objectives and enhance our value proposition to customers.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and partners, serving as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
    • Actively engage with vendors to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure a positive and productive partnership.
  4. Onboarding and Training:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, guiding them through the setup and integration process to ensure a seamless transition onto our platform.
    • Provide training and support to vendors on platform functionalities, product listing, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment processes.
  5. Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor vendor performance metrics, such as sales performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, operations, and customer service, to align vendor initiatives with overall business objectives.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new vendors and seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in partnership management, vendor acquisition, or business development, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Details
